The prospective buyer gets first hand understanding of what his/her life would be if they were to buy and start living in that property.
Real estate projects should have qualities which attract not just prospective buyers who could envision living there, but also people who can't afford but feel aspirational looking at it. For eg: a 2 Cr property should appeal to customers who can afford that property and for the people who can’t, it should tease them or make them envious. The objective of our real estate photography for advertising photography is to ensure we get the right clicks & videos that appeal to the target audience and is tempting enough to convert an onlooker (be it in newspaper adv, Facebook feed, Instagram feed etc) to enquirer and get pushed down the buyer decision making funnel.
